Unlimited Medical Expenses

The Foreign and Commonwealth Office recommends a minimum level of £2,000,000 outside Europe - we provide an unlimited amount wherever you are in the world.

For even greater peace of mind, this section extends to provide unlimited cover if you need to be brought home in an emergency.

Holiday or Active Holiday?

Our standard Holiday option includes cover for Standard Holiday Activities. If you will be taking part in activities not listed as Standard Holiday Activities, you may find them listed under Sports and Activities. Cover for Sports and Activities is only provided if you choose the Active Holiday option when buying your policy.

Compassionate Return

You may find you want to return home for reasons that are not normally covered under a standard travel insurance policy - for example, the unexpected death, serious injury or serious illness of a friend or neighbour when you are away. If this happens, we will pay up to £300 per person to allow you to return home.

Petcare Fees

If you are delayed returning home because you are in hospital following an accident or illness, or you are repatriated and taken directly to a hospital in the UK, we will pay up to £150 for any additional costs of looking after pets.

Essential medication, glasses, contact lenses, hearing aids, dentures and mobility aids

We will pay up to £300 to meet courier costs incurred in replacing essential medication, glasses, contact lenses, hearing aids and dentures if they are lost, damaged or stolen during your holiday. In addition we will pay up to £500 to repair, replace (including any courier costs), or hire mobility aids if these are lost, damaged or stolen during you holiday.

14 day money back guarantee

You may cancel your policy for any reason up to 14 days from the date of purchase and will receive a full refund (so long as your trip has not begun).

To cancel your policy, simply call us or write to us and we'll take care of things for you. We will process your refund swiftly and this will be reflected on your credit card statement around 3-4 days later.
